HELP PLEASE

i HAVE JUST SET UP OUTLOOK... I got a memo today, a pop
up that said that Outlook can get rid of your spam.I
thought it was from Microsoft. Now I have another tool
bar on my internet and I hate it. Worse than that, I keep
getting pop ups. How do I remove it.It is called
SpamBlockerUtility.
