We are running Vista Ultimate on a Toshiba Satelitie A300 Pro laptop. Windows
update downloaded an update driver for the Authen Tec Inc AES1060. I have
installed this but have a message each time I turn on the computer: Device
Softeware Instalation,
Windows will now finish intalling software from the manufacturer of this
device.
I have restarted the computer several times but it will not go away. How do
I stop thjis message from appearing all the time? I downladed the device
ssoftware from the manufacturer, installed but still keep getting this
message.

When some USB devices are turned off, windows update will
try to download a driver for the device. When the device is
turned on the update will not show up. (My canon printer
does this)
