help please

ok i called the guy that reintalled xp and he didnt know
hes no familar with it and theres no 1800 number for me
to call to activate it when i clck on the keys icon it
says it was already activated but i keep getting the
message to activate it waht do i do?

Start/run regsvr32 regwizc.dll
Then start/run regsvr32 licdll.dll
