Install Firefox.
I have not gotten a straight answer to this either.
There is no uninstall/reinstall for IE7, and turning off all plug-ins has not resolved the issue either.
The Event logs are inconclusive and just point to svchost failures.

hey could someone please help me.
I am in school online so I use Internet explorer 95% of the time when I am
on the computer. I get a lot of iexplorer.exe failures.
How can I stop this from happening, it interferes with my school work.

Sorry, but you haven't given us enough information to help you. Post
back after looking at these links to see what details you need to
include in order to get focused help:

In the meantime, there are a few things to check:

1. Try running IE with no add-ons. If this solves the issue, then you
know that some third-party add-on is the culprit and you should remove it.

2. Make sure your computer is malware/virus-free:

3. Write down the exact text of any error messages you get and use them
as a search term in Google.
