HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I have a huge problem, for the past 2/3 days my comp has been turning itself
off at random times. It is now getting very freqent. I have norton and it
has come up with nothing.
The only things that i have seen strange is that sometimes before it does
shut down the calculator will appear.
And sometimes when i start up ive noticed that the sound has been muted.
these signs are not all the time though.
Im running xp home, service pack 2, norton anti virus, all up to
date as off today. Can anybody please help me???

Go to run,type:Msinfo32 Hardware,chk the problem devices entry,then
chk the others.Then R.click my computer,properties,open device mgr.,chk
for any exclamations by any devices.Next open ADM.,open event viewer,
chk for events/warnings,click on the url,this opens help/support in xp,
usually with a fix or answer.
