HELP Please

Dear Friend,

I have big problem. Actually,

1) I'm running one application is Windows 2000 Server
with Terminal Service Enabled and member of Windows 2003
Server.

2)In my client windows xp, they want access the
application thru Terminal Service client. I can connect
successfully and open the application. But, after some
time, the application get hang and pop the Error is "
System Call Failed" ...!

Please give any idea about resolve this issue..Thx
