hi , i am using a windows xp laptop. I have just installed a program today
which requires me to restart my computer to work properly. After restarting
it shows "fujitsu" screen and then it goes black. Then one line of characters
appear at the top and i cannot do anyting except ctrl+alt+del which lets me
boot up again. I can only boot up by pressing F12 at the "fujitsu" screen and
using my hard disk to boot up. can anybody help me please?
