HELP PLEASE - The port information cannot be saved (Error: 800703EB)

In RRAS is not possible to change ports properties because occurs the
following error:
"The port information cannot be saved." (Error: 800703EB)

The problem occurs with all ports; none port can be reconfigured.

All Server configurations are ok and the service RRAS was reinstalled, but
the problem is occurring.

This is probably because the port is disabled or not available.
