The port information cannot be saved (Error: 800703EB)

In RRAS is not possible to change ports properties because occurs the
following error:



"The port information cannot be saved." (Error: 800703EB)



All Server configurations are ok and the service RRAS was reinstalled, but
the problem is occurring. I am trying to enable the modem port to demand
dial, but the problem occurs with the modem port and all other ports; none
port can be configured.



I need help, please.
