Help Please - Services.Exe problem

I am currently using Windows XP (Professional Edition) SP2. After installing
SP2, the following error pops up after every 90 mins of usage "Services and
Controller app has encountered a problem and needs to close". On clicking on
any of the listed options (Send error report, Don't send error report or
Debug), it starts an autorestart sequence with a message showing that has
been initated by NT authority and this has happened because Services.exe
terminated unexpectedly with status code -1. None of the anti virus progs
are showing any errors and I am sure that it is not one of the commonly known
worms. Any help on resolving this will be highly appreciated.

Thanks
