help please, my antivirus icon desapear

I do not know if I got the virus sasser or bloodhound
w32EP, but my icon in the tray desapear, and when I want
to scan thru the antivirus program, it start and close
quickly. Thanks for any help

yeah, my norton does the same thing. I loaded in on all three places: desktop, start tray, and in program files, and it happens in all three places. Ran Ad-aware and it still closes, but when I run the live update it stays connected for a little longer than when I want to scan the computer.
