Help please: MMC85 TV no PAL

When I run TV the setup does not show the countrylist (cablestandard). I
cannot change the broadcast system to PAL .The list shows NTSC and is
disabled.

Any ideas, thank you

Don't forget it, fix it. Replacing kstvtune.ax with an older version
fixes the PAL tuner problem.
