Watching NTSC Cable with TV Wonder VE

Did I get the wrong version of MMC on my CD, or is anyone else unable
to select "NTSC" when you choose Analog TV Tuner as your input with a
TV Wonder VE? I can choose PAL, Secam, anything when I select
Composite as my input, but I want to watch Cable TV. I do have the
NTSC version of the card, and I can watch cable properly with other
software, but I'd love to use the remote that came with my card. When
I select Analog TV Tuner as my source, the Format box which should let
me choose NTSC or PAL is greyed out. Any ideas?
