i transfered my files and settings to a new hard drive now xp doesnot give me
the option to serch the net to find driver update can you help

1. Determine the manufacturer of the hardware for which you wish to find a driver.

Examples: ATI (for a video card), Creative (for a sound card)

2. Go to the manufacturer's web site.

Examples: ATI www.ati.com Creative www.creative.com

3. Look for the manufacturer's support area, sometimes called Customer Support, Technical Support, Downloads and Drivers, etc.

4. Obtain the latest driver for your exact model there. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for downloading and installing.

Hii, did u transfer ur files and settings thru the wizard!hopefully u did. u
can access the files and settings transfer wizard from start menu > programs

accessories > system tools > files and settings transfer wizard.
