Hello, im trying to send an invitation to an appoinment but the recipients
only receive it as a mail, they don´t have the option to accept or decline
the invitation, so it never appears in their calendar. What´s happening?? and
how can i resolve it???

Are you using exchange server? Are the recipients outside your network? if
so, are their addresses set to get RTF formatted messages?

Are those specific addresses contacts in your Contacts folder? If so, open
one of them and double-click the email address. You should see an "Internet
format" drop-down at the bottom. Make sure it's set to "Let Outlook decide
the best sending format".

Yeah, those addresses are in my contacts folder, i´ve done what u said and
yes are set with the "Let Outlook decide the best sending format" option.
Is this problem related with the fact that my contacts are Blackberry
users????. Im sending invitations from my computer outlook but they receive
it in their cell phones.

I don't use a Blackberry nor do I send meeting invitations to anyone who
uses a Blackberry, so I don't know, but, frankly, it wouldn't surprise me.
Try sending them to those people as ICS files. Actions>Forward as iCalendar
or Tools>Options>Calendar Options>When sending meeting requests over the
Internet, use iCalendar format.
