help on welcome screen and log in username with pictures

ok i use a system recovery cd to reinstalled my window xp, now everytime i
start the computer it show welcome screen and
then it automatically load window xp without showing the sign in screen with
username with a pictures? anyone know how to
fix this problem that im having or anyone know KB article about this issue?

because i remember when i bought this computer it would show username
with a picture and i have to click the picture to log on. Now it shows
welcome screen and it automatically log on.
how do i set it up to show username with the picture to log on again?

For a simple solution, you can add another account or add a password to your
current account.

Try this, start>run and type

control userpasswords2

then check off "User must enter a user name and password to use this
computer".
