Help! Okidata OL400e paper jam

Hi,
I recently purchased an old okidata OL400e laser printer. When I tried
to print out the demo page, the paper got stuck half-way out, and now
it's like it's locked in place. I have looked in the manual and googled
for information, checked okidata's web site, but there is nothing that
shows how to get the paper out. The paper is stuck between the rollers
and won't budge. Anyone have any experience with these units? Any help
would really be appreciated.

You have to lift the printhead out of the machine in order to clear the paper jam.

Lift out the toner cart and you can usually pull the paper through
from there. If that doesn't work, pull the paper tray out completely,
turn the printer upside down and try from the bottom.

And, if you're having trouble getting the paper tray to stay in, see
