Help...Not able to get to any HTTPS site?

Try install fix from Microsoft and it complain I don't
have 6.0 install when I try the fix for 6.0 and complain
I don't have SP1 install when I try to install that fix?
From help, it say I have 6.0 sp1 install. I re-install
from I386 and that didn't help
