Help needed!

Hi all,

If anyone could help me I would be very grateful.

I set up a Outlook account for a friend on my computer in order to show them
how it works but now I can't get rid of it! I've been into Tools > Accounts
and then removed it but everytime I exit Outlook and go back in it's still
active. I've tried several times to set up my own account instead but just
can't seem to get rid of this original one!

I've tried searching the Outlook help pages but they really aren't any help.
Does anyone know if there's a way of contacting them via email (or preferably
live chat) so that I can get some tailored advice?

Use the mail applet in the Control Panel to get rid of it. Click on Show
Profiles.
