Help needed with gf's laptop

See how much they want to repair it. Much over 100 quid and I would think about getting a new one. They are cheap now. You could possibly use the memory in any new laptop you buy too. You've got the external hard drive now which you can give to your missus and teach her the importance of backing up!!
