Help needed with auto suggestions in outlook address bar

When you type an email address in the TO, CC or BCC part of an email outlook
suggests addresses that you have used before. The list of known addresses
appears to have been deleted, where is the list stored, is there an
association with exchange?

I had this issue also and the file name is (mailprofile).nk2. So when you
were setting up your mail account if you took the defaults the profile would
be called Outlook and this files would be called Outlook.nk2. Just do a
search on your machine for *.nk2 and it should find it (make sure that all
operating system files are shown for the search).

The file is %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\(yourmailprofile).NK2. It is not
related to Exchange, but it is related to your mail profile. If you have
created a new mail profile, you no longer reference the same NK2 file. You
can rename the file, however, and get your names back.
