Help needed: STOP ERROR 0x0000000A -- IRQL_LESS_NOT_EQUAL

A

A small boy

Just recently I've started getting random crashes within the first
hour or so of use of my computer with a blue screen saying
IRQL_LESS_NOT_EQUAL, with the memory addresses, etc. Except it
doesn't point to a file so I have no idea what is causing it. How can
I find out what the problem is? I dont get these errors under safe
mode in XP with networking support, and I don't get them under my
dual boot of Windows 2000. So obviously it can't be the hardware
right?

How can I find out what device is causing this error?
