Or go to Start > run and type in: helpctr -regserver or to totally
reinstall help and support, assuming you installed to C:
Make hidden folders visible (Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder
Options > View Tab) first and then go to
C:\windows\inf\pchealth.inf right-click and choose install. You will
need the XP cd and may need to know the location of the folders
Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386 and Windows\System32\dllcache.
Go to control panel---administrative tools---services. Check that help and
support is started and set to manual. Then click on the line help and suppor
to highlite it and on the left side click restart.
