help,,, need full system recovery without discs

in the help section it says u can do a complete system recovery without discs,,,, from files hidded on hard drive,,, i need to do full system recovery,,,, someone please email or post me the steps,,, little book only tells u how to do it with discs

you didn't even tell us what make of computer you have!
only thing i can sugest is watch your screen while booting
and see if there is some message about pressing some key
to enter a recovery option.
