Help my full name is on all file names

Everytime i send a file,such as a pic,my full name is in
the file name.So obviously everyone i send a file to can
see my full real name.How do i change that?Thank you so
much for any info!
 
Try sending a file to yourself.
I think you will find that the received email does not include our full
name.
