Help !!! My desktop and windows went **sideways**

I've never seen this before.....one of my earlier windows froze and when I
went to cntrl-alt-del, it blinked a couple of times, now everything shows up
turned to the left--the right edge is on top, the top edge is toward the
left. I've tried rebooting and turning off the monitor. The initial montor
stuff and the Windows loading screen are arranged correct but when the
desktop and windows come up, they're still turned on their sides. Help?!?

Check your video adapter properties for any rotation settings.
Right click the desktop.
Click Properties > Settings tab > Advanced button.
Check under the different tabs if present for Rotation or something similar.
