HELP>>Motherboard Pblm or Window???

My computer cant go to my Window screen. Meaning whenever i startup my PC,
it will stop and the sentence ..Plug and Play...." it didnt even log into
windows. Normally it will give me details like my CD-ROM/RW, Hard disk, etc
then it will log into Windows.
Now I not sure if its my window is down or is it my PC is dead!

If you are saying that your computer will not get through the POST (the
beginning information you see when you first turn on your computer and
before it even begins to load the operating system), then you are
probably having hardware problems. From your posting, it would seem
that you are not particularly computer savvy (no shame in that!), so
your best solution is to take the machine to a good local computer
repair shop (not a Best Buy or CompUSA type of store).
