Help - Missing Outlook 2007 from my trial download

I just dl'd Office Standard 2007 because I wanted Outlook. I already had
Outlook 2002 (and Office XP) on my machine and just now read you can only
have 1 version of Outlook. How do I replace my 2002 Outlook with the new 2007
version?

I did not get any kind of message at that there was a problem, but when I
looked for Outlook, it wasn't there. If I search for Outlook.exe, I only
find it in the Office XP programs folder Office10.

Though I see the folder for Office12, Outlook is not in it. Do I have to
uninstall the 2002 Outlook? If I do, can I re-download the trial version of
Office 2007 with Outlook?

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offier me!

You will need to remove (uninstall) your Outlook 2002 version. Then when done install the Trial version of Outlook by running the setup again. Or you can uninstall the Trial and then remove Outlook 2002 and then re-install the Trial.

You must remove the older version first, then in the setup for the newer
version, change the icon by Outlook from "Not available" to "Run from my
computer".
