HELP, Missing an XP HOME File

Where can I look for an answer:

Im receiving a WARNING.
Missing File: c:\ProgramFiles\MediaManager|Setup\Setup.exe

cannot access a necessary file, mssetup.dll

I am intermediate with my PC.
Where do I go to get this missing file back??

Diana, if you have a WinXP CD, then go to Start>Run type: sfc /scannow
with the cd in the cdrom drive.
