Can anyone help me Configuring the following Scenario

I have Installed Windows 2000 advance server with IIS 5.0
.................
I have bought single IP address (e.g 192.168.20.1), I have
FQDN as (abc.com) I want to run my website, my ftp site,
nntp site and smtp site , kindly inform me how to
configure all the above services on my web server.
Mr.X came to me and told me that he want all the
services above, he has his FQDN as (misterx.com),I have
only single IP, but two DNS, Kindly let me know how to
setup
MR.X site with all the related services on SINGLE IP
................

Kindly do not reply with the answer like,hosting site
yourself is expensive,required security etc etc..I know all
these problems or issues.. I simply want to configure my
iis,dns,tcp/ip,wins,ftp,www,nntp,smtp Myself

Nothing really to do with the operating system. Better to ask in
inetserver.iis
