Help me with USB Host to Host Bridge driver

I am trying to use the USB Host to Host Bridge, I try search the driver on
net but I cant find any driver can help me with it, the only thing i can see
on this item is "Z-TEK CE" no idea what it is, name? or serial number or
something...

in device manager shows "USB Host to Host Bridge" when I click update driver
it does not work...

Go to the hardware mfg web site (intel,amd,etc),locate & install the boards
chipset installation utility,it has the USB drivers.
