USB Host To Host Bridge

My computer froze and restarted. The file system was
checked and all that but when it came back up, (win2k) it
found a "new device" called "USB Host To Host Bridge". I
cannot find drivers for it and I believe that it is part of
the mainboard (because it's a Host Bridge). How can I get
the drivers or whatnot back without doing a fresh install?

I had no special disc to install the chipset drivers with. How can I make Windows 2000 install the standard chipset drivers again like it did with the fresh install, without doing a fresh install? I've already tried Add New Hardware.
