Help me with this problem

My email address recently received one email from
staff@hotmail every day from Jan 17. And everytime I
tried to login to my hotmail account, the hotmail service
system always forced me to activate my account even if I
logged into my account every day. What is wrong? Could
you help me? Thank you.
