Help Me With Disk Cleanup Please

When I run disk cleanup I have checked the box "Web Client/Publisher
Temporary Files" (it says 17,432 KB would be freed from my hard drive). All
the other ones I have checked off clear when I run disk cleanup except "Web
Client/Publisher Temporary Files". It says that I can safely delete these
files, but they are not deleted. What is wrong? Do I need to change a
setting somewhere? Can someone PLEASE help me.

you can find the folder here:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
and you can delete all the files you want so that the disk's space is
freed.
