Help me with auto update

Hello, I am having a problem with updating my WAS. When I
try the autoupdate feature, it just freezes :-(The
version I have is 5733. I use the latest version. I have
tried uninstalling and reinstalling WAS, and also
deleting all the files in the default folder. Please help
me.

What program version do you see when you go to Help, about?

Have you tried cleaning out all temporary files and temporary Internet
files?
