Help me understand Buss Speed on ASUS K8V SE MOBO

I have a Athlon 64 AMD 3400+ CPU and PC3200 512MH DDR.

The book says the System Bus should be 800MHz. Why does Everest show
only 200.24MHz for CPU and Memory FSB's? Shouldn't the FSB speeds be
faster? Why not?

Are there MOBO jumpers that I don't know about that would increase the
FSB speeds?

The CPU Clock shows as 2.4GHz BTW.

Thanks

800MHz should be a typo or info incorrectly copied over from
some other motherboard manual they made. The 200MHz is a
clock rate "for" the bus, with the bus running in doubled
date rate (DDR) mode so 200MHz ~ DDR400 & PC3200.

Since you know your CPUs's clock (2.4GHz) you could also
compare that to the known correct clock rate per that CPU to
determine if it's at correct speed.

Isn't the 800MHz quadpumped, like the intel P4 800MHz and 533MHz? I
thought is was just a salestrick, it sounds fast so buy this one

My intel P4 3,06GHz has an FSB of 533MHz, but uses PC2100 (266MHz)DDR.
effectivly the FSB runs on 133MHz, but DDR doubles that, and the 533MHz
is the double of 266.
