help me reinstall microsoft office!!!

ok so i deleted it on remove programs by accident. and so i go to DATA1.MSI
to reinstall it but it says that there's an error 1309 and i need to see if
F:\MicrosoftOffice\ART\PFiles\MSOffice\Office\MSACNV3C2.EXE is accessible.
pleease help
