Error 1309

Installation starts but fails to install when I open Excel,
with tyhe following Message Error:
C:\Office2000\PFIles\MSOffice\Office\1033\BDPrint\.Dll
C:\Office2000\PFIles\MSOffice\Office\1033\UNBIND\.Dll
C:\Office2000\PFIles\MSOffice\Office\1033\XLINT\.Dll
C:\Office2000\PFIles\MSOffice\Office\1033\BINDER9\.Dll
and so on...
and "Please verify that the files exist and you can access
it"
Please help me out on this. Anyone?
