Help me Please

About 15 minutes ago I sent you an e-mail to get me out Outlooks Newsgroups
because it is choking my e-mail and I can't delete your messages or
unsubscribe from all 2000 plus groups .

I am impressed because in less that 5 minutes I noticed that the news group
I wrote in is no longer assessible to me . Can you please do the same
thing to all the other groups . I would appreciate that very much .

You are deeply confused. You just made a post to a newsgroup. You did not
send an email to anyone that did anything.
