Help Me Please

I've installed two accounts, both with administrator-rights. The problem is
that I can't erase one of the two accounts (that is called 'admin') When I
try to erase the account from the other, it says that I don't have the rights
to erase it. But when I finally get access to configuration (after twenty
messages: an error has occured in explorer.exe), and when I have given my
other account (AGAIN!) administrator rights, I still can't erase the other
account. Can someone help me?
 
What happens if you login using one of the Admin Accounts and try to delete
THAT account (the one you logged in under; rather than the other Admin
Account)?
 
try going contol panel/ user accounts/ pick a user/
change account type from admin to user/ recomend shutting down restart
go into it again then try deleting user
