i keep getting these errors, please help!

You don't have the proper port number, and SSL needs to be enabled...

Gmail... follow the instructions for Outlook Express...

I tried the suggestions over and over and it's still not connecting.

Are you getting an error message? If so, please post the entire message
here, and maybe we can figure out what's wrong.

Disable your AV email scanning for incoming and outgoing emails. Also disable your anti spam filtering for email
