Cannot make connrction on gmail

Can not make a connection with gmail through windows mail, here is the error
message.

Account: 'Win Mail', Server: 'pop.gmail.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server: Cannot connect to the mail server!',
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number:
0x800CCC90

Gmail does not use Port 110. It uses port 995 for incoming and 465 for outgoing.

Gmail does not use Port 110. It uses port 995 for incoming and 465 for
outgoing.

One of your problems is that you are allowing AVG to mess with your email.
Uninstall AVG, then reinstall, but select 'custom' install, which then
allows you to unselect installing its troublesome email scanning module.

As for your Gmail account, change the settings to agree with:
