Help! Lost Task Manager in Win2k pro

D

When I hit ctrl-alt-delete to get into task manager it doesn't come
up. the green monitor sits in my task bar, but the task manager does
not display. This is maddening and none of the help desk staff have
seen it before. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Could this have been caused by a recent MS patch?

thanks!

thanks,

yeah, got that handled.

I created a new ntuser.dat file instead and that allowed me to view
the task manager again. Something in that file was corrupted I think.

thanks,

Don
