On Windows 2000, Task manager has lost the menu. By that
I mean the top of the window looks exactly like the left
and right side of the window. Also accessing menu
commands with key strokes (e.g, Alt-F X) does not work.
Sometimes a green graph-like icon will show up in the
right side of the taskbar so that I can right-click and
close the task manager; but usually the task manager
window only goes away if i log off or reboot. Can this be
fixed w/o reloading the O/S? If not, is there a way to
exit the task manager?

Thanks,
Blaine

This occurs because you double clicked on the gray area around the
lists. Just double click on it again and it should come back. They
should really get rid of this feature and just put it in a right click
menu.
