Lynn,

First, download LSP-Fix and WinsockLSPFix, which are good tools to have
available just in case removal of any spyware causes network problems. You
don't have to run these until necessary, but when they are needed you might not
have internet service so download them first (they are both very small).

If neither of those help, reload TCP/IP.

Start - Run - Type "cmd" and hit enter. Into the command window, type (omit the
quotes): "netsh int ip reset c:\netsh.log" and hit enter. Then restart the
computer.

After that is done, you may need to check your TCP/IP settings (Start - Settings
- Network Connections - Local Area Connection - Properties - TCP/IP -
Properties).

And Lynn, please don't contribute to the spread and success of email address
mining viruses. Learn to munge your email address properly, to keep yourself a
bit safer when posting to open forums. Protect yourself and the rest of the
internet - read this article.
