Help - losing emails

I am using outlook 2003 and have noticed that my emails are being deleted
from inbox view after approx 7 days. I have crossed checked the view icon to
ensure that i can see all of emails. I have checked my auto archive settings
although the settings here were for 6 months, (plus there is no content in
archive box). In addition i have searched hard drive for *pst files, which
pulls up archive box which is again empty. Any suggestions.

I suspect you have View>Arrange By>Current View>Last Seven Days chosen
unstead of Messages.

OK, then, reset the view you're using to its default.

Have tried that also.

Emails are not in inbox, in deleted box and archive box is empty. i cant

Have you tried Advanced Search to try to locate any of the missing data?
