HELP! Login failed

after changed domain to workgroup,
I suddenly failed to login into my pc as i have never changed the existing
adminsitrator password
it's XP pro
what should i do !!! help
 
You will have to ask your network administrator to re-register your
machine on the domain. Alternatively, you have to ask him for a
local account/password.
