Can't Login

I have a used computer. I found a website that gave me the instructions for
changing the computer name. Previously, it had a user name and domain name.
I changed the user name, deleted the domain name, a put in a workgroup name.
The system rebooted and after CTRL-ALT-DEL I can no longer login in. What do
I need to do to be able to login? Thanks!

The very first thing you should do is a clean install of Windows. See these
links for how to do that and what you will need:

you will need on-hand

You are experiencing the problem because the computer was part of a domain
and now you have removed that membership. You will need to log on locally
("this computer") as the local Administrator, which means you will need the
local Administrator password. You can change the local Administrator's
password to a blank with NTpasswd and get into the system that way, but you
will continually be running into difficulties and restrictions with this
machine because it was configured to be a domain member. The only sensible
solution is a clean install.
