HELP,
At home, I use a dell computer with Windows XP Home
Edition.
I use "Earthlink Total Access" as for my internet
provider. At home, my email address is wheat703(remove
this)@earthlink.net.
I use "Internet Explorer" to search the internet. I start
at "(e-mail address removed)".
For the last two weeks I have trouble with my email and
searching the internet.
For about a week I could open Earthlink and get my mail,
but could not open Internet Explorer. I would always
get "this page not available".
I reloaded Windows XP Home Edition with the disk provided
with my computer. At the same time, I reloaded Internet
Explorer AND Earthlink Total Access.
Now, my computer opens Earthlink and Internet Explorer,
but it begins to log off before I can access any sites on
the internet. I get a message that it is going to log off
almost immediately upon logging on.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to correct this
situation. I am sending this from my office computer
since I can not access the internet from home.
Thanks,
R. WHEATLY
