Help I've deleted whole database - what do I do?

Please help me if you can...

I was in the Datasheet View and I clicked on Records then Data Entry and all
my data disappeared. How do I get it back?

If your form is in Data Entry mode, then it allows the user to add records,
but not see existing records. The records are still in the table, they are
just not seen in this form. Turn off the data entry property, or create a
separate form used to view existing records.

The data is hidden, not deleted. That's exactly what Data Entry mode
if for - to let you enter new data but not view older data.

Just set Data Entry mode back to No in form design view.
